My interest in technology and public communication began during my time as a space science educator, where I learned the power of clear explanations and how to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Leading space science educational programming, training and managing volunteer teams and delivering visitor-driven docent experiences.
Operated Gates Planetarium, a 125-seat digital dome & helped lead community initiatives to give artists access to the space.
Promoted twice in 15 months from Receptionist to IT Assistant to Digital Project Assistant. Managed 12,000+ customer inquiries.
Delivered engaging educational experiences to thousands of visitors at the nation's most attended garden (1.4M+ annual visitors).
Sole weekend IT support, resolving hardware, network, and AV issues.
Key Project: A 27,000 sq ft interactive LED array
Led global support agent for VIVEPORT. Implemented Zendesk and Salesforce. Managed developer kit distribution across North America. Authored weekly Voice of the Customer reports and maintained internal knowledge bases.

Project originated from a Discord support DM. I saw the potential in opportunity and developed it into a major collaboration.
Project won two Regional Emmy Awards (2024): Technical Achievement and Best Sports Promotion.
Provided 50+ on-demand technical support calls and coordinated with engineering to create custom training solutions and tools for this project.

Advised on go-to-market strategy and product roadmap for "Teleport", an enterprise grade 3D Gaussian Splatting platform for simulation & enterprise.
